Final Submission Overview

  • Papers must be in English
  • Four to six pages are allowed per paper in standard IEEE format. An additional two pages may be used but will be subject to additional fees (USD 250/page)


 
Prepare Your Final Paper

  • Paper must be written using the available LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates. Formatting may not be altered.
  • If you choose not to use the templates, your paper must still adhere to the formatting guidelines. Information on guidelines can be found here.


 
Check Your Final Paper

Upload Your Final Paper

1. Registration must be completed to submit your final paper.
2. Your submission will not be completed until you reach the submission confirmation page.

  • Go to https://nano.papercept.net and login with your PIN.
  • If you forgot your PIN, click here.
  • Locate your submission on the list of topics and click Edit and Upload.
  • Upload your final paper.
  • Transfer a copyright form electronically or upload your completed copyright form in PDF format. Copyright forms in PDF format can be found here. This should be uploaded as a separate document with your final paper submission.
  • Review your submission and then submit. You will receive an email when the paper has been submitted.

Note: Late Papers will be accepted from now until June 30th. You will be notified of a paper acceptance upon completion of reviews on July 10th.
